Sales Contract

Thank you for your interest in Bella Fattoria LLC.  

When purchasing a goat from us, we ask that you put a 50% deposit down. We can not hold a goat without a deposit. 

* Deposits are non refundable

*Deposits are transferable. 

*The transferable deposit must be used within a year, unless other arrangements have been made with Bella Fattoria (Sarah Petty), otherwise you forfeit your deposit.

* If a goat/kid gets sick or dies, you can transfer your deposit to another goat or your money will be refunded. 

*Once a deposit has been made the buyer has two weeks to pick up the animal unless other arrangements have been made with Bella Fattoria (Sarah Petty). 

If the goat or goats can not be picked up in the allowed timeframe then the buyer will be charged $3 a day in boarding fees for each animal. 

*Transportation, transport arrangements and cost are the responsibility of the buyer. The balance should be paid before pick up   

*Once the goat is in possession of the transporter or buyer, it is agreed that the animal is in good health and Bella Fattoria (Sarah Petty) will not be responsible for death, injury, sickness or vet bills that may occur after possession of the goat has been taken..

*A CVI is needed for the goat to be transported. 

*The CVI or any other expenses related to obtaining a CVI is at the buyer’s expense.  

*Once the goat is in the buyer’s possession Bella Fattoria does not guarantee the health, height, color, show quality, milk production or reproduction of said goat. 

*Bella Fattoria has the right to retain any kid regardless of reservations. 

*We also have the right to refuse a sale if its not in the best interest of the animal. 

Bella Fattoria is available to help and answer any questions from the buyer.
